Statute Text
Additional treatment following negative reports. In addition to any other requirement to participate in an alcohol or drug treatment program required by law, if a court receives at least two negative reports, a court may order that the defendant complete, at the defendant’s own expense based on the defendant’s ability to pay, an alcohol or drug treatment program.
