Statute Text
Additional treatment following negative reports.
In addition to any other
requirement to participate in an alcohol or drug treatment program required by
law, if a court receives at least two negative reports, a court may order that
the defendant complete, at the defendants own expense based on the defendants
ability to pay, an alcohol or drug treatment program. [2017 c.655 §10]
