Statute Text
Exemption from speed limits for funeral escort vehicle. Notwithstanding ORS 811.111 or 811.295, while overtaking the funeral procession in order to direct traffic at the next intersection, the funeral escort vehicle may exceed the posted speed limit by 10 miles per hour and may cross the center line of a roadway that is divided into two or more lanes.
