Definitions for ORS 811.748 and 811.750.
As used in ORS 811.748 and 811.750:
(1) Emergency
communications system has the meaning given that term in ORS 403.105.
(2) Law
enforcement agency means any agency that employs members of the Oregon State
Police, a sheriff, a deputy sheriff, a city police officer, a police officer
commissioned by a university under ORS 352.121 or 353.125 or a law enforcement
officer employed by a service district established under ORS 451.410 to 451.610
for the purpose of law enforcement services. [2009 c.490 §3; 2011 c.506 §51;
