Parking permit for person with temporary disability. The Department of Transportation may issue a placard showing an expiration date not to exceed six months after the date of issuance for use by persons with temporary disabilities upon submission by the applicant of a certificate described in ORS 811.604 except that it certifies that the applicant has a temporary disability for less than four years. An applicant for a temporary disabled person parking permit need not have a driver license, a driver permit, an identification card or a parking identification card.
