Fees
for winter recreation parking permits.
The Oregon Transportation Commission shall set the fees for issuance of a
winter recreation parking permit issued under ORS 811.595 by rule. The
commission shall consider recommendations of the Winter Recreation Advisory
Committee in setting the fees under this section. The fees established for
issuance of winter recreation parking permits shall be designed to cover the
costs of enforcing the requirement for winter recreation parking permits and of
removing snow from winter recreation parking locations designated under ORS
810.170, but may not exceed the following:
(1) For winter
recreation parking permits valid for a period of one day, $5.
(2) For winter
recreation parking permits valid for a period of three consecutive days, $10.
(3) For winter
recreation parking permits valid for a period of one year beginning each
