Statute Text
Use of
throughway when prohibited; penalty.
(1) A person commits the offense of use of a throughway when prohibited if any
use restrictions or prohibitions are posted by appropriate signs giving notice
thereof and the person violates any restriction or prohibition so posted.
(2) The authority
to impose restrictions and prohibitions for purposes of this section is granted
under ORS 810.020.
(3) The offense
described in this section, use of throughway when prohibited, is a Class D
