Statute Text
Use of throughway when prohibited; penalty. (1) A person commits the offense of use of a throughway when prohibited if any use restrictions or prohibitions are posted by appropriate signs giving notice thereof and the person violates any restriction or prohibition so posted. (2) The authority to impose restrictions and prohibitions for purposes of this section is granted under ORS 810.020. (3) The offense described in this section, use of throughway when prohibited, is a Class D traffic violation. [1983 c.338 §646; 1995 c.383 §69]
