Statute Text
Refusing to obey flagger; penalty.
(1) A person commits the offense of refusing to obey a flagger if the person
intentionally and unreasonably disobeys a lawful order by a flagger relating to
driving a motor vehicle in a highway work zone.
(2) Refusing to
obey a flagger is a Class A traffic violation. [1995 c.253 §4]
