Statute Text
Enforcement of snowmobile and all-terrain vehicles violations by persons other than police officers. Game wardens and all other state law enforcement officers within their respective jurisdictions shall enforce the provisions relating to snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles under ORS 821.190, 821.210, 821.220 and 821.240 to 821.290. The authority granted by this section to enforce laws relating to snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles is in addition to any authority of police officers to enforce such laws.
