Statute Text
Approved unique identifiers. (1) The Secretary of State shall devise a method or system to provide approved unique identifiers for persons filing documents under ORS 81.230 to 81.263. (2) If necessary under federal law, the Secretary of State shall seek approval of the method or system devised under subsection (1) of this section from the Secretary of the United States Department of Agriculture.
