Statute Text
Tampering with vehicle immobilization device; penalty.
(1) A person commits the offense
of tampering with a vehicle immobilization device if the person does anything
to a vehicle immobilization device that was ordered installed under ORS 809.700
that circumvents the operation of the device.
(2) The offense
described in this section, tampering with a vehicle immobilization device, is a
