Statute Text
Definition of vehicle immobilization device.
As used in ORS 809.700 and
809.702, a vehicle immobilization device means a device that may be clamped
and locked onto a part of a motor vehicle for the purpose of immobilizing the
vehicle. [1997 c.540 §2; 1999 c.467 §1]
