Application of ORS 809.510 to 809.545.
The provisions of ORS 809.510 to 809.545 apply:
(1) When an
individuals conduct involves driving a commercial motor vehicle, without
regard to whether an individual held commercial driving privileges on the date
the conduct occurred.
(2) When an
individuals conduct involves driving a motor vehicle, if the individual held
commercial driving privileges in any jurisdiction on the date the conduct
