Statute Text
Refusal to issue, revocation or suspension of identification card, registration
or title for failure to use same name.
The Department of Transportation may refuse to issue, may revoke or may suspend
any identification card, title or registration issued by the department or for
which application is made to the department if the department determines that
the person issued or applying for the identification card, title or
registration has used one name in one application and another name in any other
