Hearing on proposed cancellation or refusal; judicial review.
(1) When the Department of
Transportation proposes to cancel or refuse to issue or renew title or
registration, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS
chapter 183.
(2) Judicial
review of orders under this section shall be in accordance with ORS chapter
183. [1983 c.338 §282; 1985 c.16 §114; 1985 c.401 §11; 1993 c.233 §54]
