Statute Text
Filing of death records with department. On or before the 15th day of each month, the Director of the Oregon Health Authority shall forward to the Department of Transportation a copy of the death record of any persons within the jurisdiction of the Director of the Oregon Health Authority who died from a motor vehicle accident during the preceding calendar month.
