Statute Text
Using
anothers license; penalty.
(1) A person commits the offense of using anothers license if the person
knowingly displays or represents as the persons license or driver permit a
license or driver permit that has not been issued to the person.
(2) The offense
described in this section, using anothers license, is a Class A misdemeanor. [1983
