False
swearing to receive license; penalty.
(1) A person commits the offense of false swearing to receive a driver license
if the person:
(a) Makes any
false affidavit or knowingly swears or affirms falsely to any matter required
to be sworn to or affirmed in the process of applying for, receiving and
holding a driver license or driver permit under the vehicle code;
(b) Makes any
false affidavit or knowingly swears or affirms falsely to any matter required
to be sworn or affirmed in the support of another persons application for
receiving and holding a driver license or driver permit under the vehicle code;
or
(c) Takes any
test related to the issuance of a driver license or driver permit on behalf of
another applicant for a driver license or driver permit, or otherwise knowingly
commits fraud in assisting another person in passing any test related to the
issuance of a driver license or driver permit.
(2) The offense
described in this section, false swearing to receive a driver license, is a
