Statute Text
Public information program. The Department of Transportation shall develop a public information program to educate driver license, driver permit and identification card applicants and the general public about: (1) The differences between Real IDs and driver licenses, driver permits or identification cards that are not Real IDs, including but not limited to information about cost, document storage and function. (2) Alternatives to obtaining a Real ID to access federal facilities and board federally regulated commercial aircraft. [2017 c.568 §10] OFFENSES
