Statute Text
Document retention.
For the purpose of issuing Real IDs only, the Department of Transportation
shall:
(1) Capture
digital images of identity source documents and retain the images in a
transferable format.
(2) Retain
digital images of identity source documents for a minimum of 10 years. [2017
