Statute Text
Management of biometric data. (1) The Department of Transportation shall retain biometric data collected by the department in the course of issuing, renewing or replacing driver licenses, driver permits and identification cards. (2) The biometric data may not be made available to anyone other than employees of the department acting in an official capacity. [2005 c.775 §4]
