or 806.050 and the person does not make a future responsibility filing
within 30 days after the conviction.
(2) In addition
to any other penalties under this section, a violator of this section is
subject to suspension of driving privileges under ORS 809.415.
(3) The offense
described in this section, failure of a previous violator to make future
