Statute Text
Department investigation; cancellation.
The Department of Transportation shall have the
authority to investigate and verify information provided in conjunction with
application for registration under ORS 805.300. The department may cancel the
registration of any vehicle that has registration issued under ORS 805.300 if
the owner or a lessee or an employee of either is convicted of violation of ORS
