Statute Text
Failure to register farm vehicle properly; penalty.
(1) A person commits the offense
of failure to register a farm vehicle properly if the person is the new owner
of a vehicle with registration under ORS 805.300, and the person operates the
vehicle before properly registering it.
(2) Nothing in
this section prohibits a person from registering the vehicle under ORS 805.300
if qualifications for registration under that section are met.
(3) The offense
described in this section, failure to register a farm vehicle properly, is a
