Statute Text
Towing
commercial fishing boat without permit.
Notwithstanding ORS 803.600, a person may tow the
persons own commercial fishing boat without a trip permit and regardless of
the weight permitted under the registration of the trailer if the combined
weight of the towing vehicle, the trailer and the boat is 15,000 pounds or
less. [1989 c.992 §12b]
