Agent
violation of temporary registration permit procedures; penalty.
(1) A person commits the offense
of agent violation of temporary registration permit procedures if the person is
authorized to issue temporary registration permits under ORS 803.625 and the
person violates any rules adopted by the Department of Transportation
concerning the procedures for issuing the permits.
(2) The offense
described in this section, agent violation of temporary registration permit
procedures, is a Class B traffic violation. [1983 c.338 §279]
