Statute Text
Duplicate or replacement; fee.
The Department of Transportation may issue a duplicate or replacement
registration card when:
(1) The
department receives an application indicating the loss, mutilation or
destruction of a registration card; and
(2) The fee for
issuance of a duplicate or replacement card established under ORS 803.575 is
