Statute Text
Proof of compliance with pollution control equipment requirements. The Department of Transportation shall not issue renewal of registration unless the department receives proof of compliance with pollution control equipment requirements under ORS 815.310. This section is not applicable to vehicles exempt from the requirements of this section by ORS 815.300 or to vehicles registered under the provisions of ORS 805.045 or 805.060.
