Transfer of title and registration for vehicles abandoned by tenant; rules.
The Department of Transportation
shall adopt rules to provide for the transference of a certificate of title and
registration for titled vehicles and recreational vehicles that are abandoned
by a tenant as defined in ORS 90.100. [1997 c.577 §43; 2003 c.655 §108]
