Expedited titling and registration; fee. (1) The Department of Transportation by rule may establish procedures for providing expedited services related to the titling and registration of vehicles when such services are needed because of problems related to odometer disclosure requirements. This authority is in addition to the department’s authority to provide expedited services for other reasons on an individual case basis. (2) The department may charge a fee of not more than $10 for providing expedited services authorized by this section. [1991 c.873 §5]
