Exchange of information for implementation of ORS 802.250 and 802.253.
The Department of Transportation
on behalf of the State of Oregon may enter into contracts with other states and
with the federal government for the exchange of employment information
necessary to implement and administer ORS 802.250 and 802.253. [Formerly
