Records of notification of approaching expiration of registration or license
not required.
The
Department of Transportation is not required to maintain records on any of the
following:
(1) The
preparation and notification required on approaching expiration of registration
under ORS 803.450.
(2) The
preparation and notification required on approaching expiration of driver
license or driver permit under ORS 807.140. [1983 c.338 §125; 1985 c.16 §35;
