Traffic
offense.
Traffic
offense means any of the following offenses:
(1) Any violation
of a traffic ordinance of a city, municipal or quasi-municipal corporation,
except ordinances governing parking of vehicles.
(2) Any provision
of law for which a criminal or traffic violation penalty is provided in the
