Tow
vehicle.
Tow
vehicle means a motor vehicle that is:
(1) Altered or
designed for, equipped for and used in the business of towing vehicles; and
(2) Used to tow
vehicles by means of a crane, hoist, tow bar, tow line or dolly or otherwise
used to render assistance to other vehicles. [1983 c.338 §97; 1985 c.71 §2]
