Statute Text
Narrow
residential roadway.
Narrow residential roadway means a two-way roadway that is:
(1) Located in a
residence district; and
(2) Not more than
18 feet wide at any point between two intersections or between an intersection
and the end of the roadway. [2007 c.367 §2]
