Golf
cart.
Golf cart
means a motor vehicle that:
(1) Has not less
than three wheels in contact with the ground;
(2) Has an
unloaded weight less than 1,300 pounds;
(3) Is designed
to be and is operated at not more than 15 miles per hour; and
(4) Is designed
to carry golf equipment and not more than two persons, including the driver. [1983
