Statute Text
Emergency
vehicle.
Emergency
vehicle means a vehicle that is equipped with lights and sirens as required
under ORS 820.350 and 820.370 and that is any of the following:
(1) Operated by
public police, fire or airport security agencies.
(2) Designated as
an emergency vehicle by a federal agency.
(3) Designated as
an emergency vehicle by the Director of Transportation. [1983 c.338 §43; 1993
