Statute Text
Electric
personal assistive mobility device.
Electric personal assistive mobility device means a device that:
(1) Is
self-balancing on two nontandem wheels;
(2) Is designed
to transport one person in a standing position;
(3) Has an
electric propulsion system; and
(4) Has a maximum
speed of 15 miles per hour. [2003 c.341 §2]
