Statute Text
Commercial
driver license and commercial driving privileges.
(1) Commercial driver license
means a driver license issued by this state or any other jurisdiction that
authorizes its holder to drive a commercial motor vehicle if the holder also
has any necessary endorsements to the license.
(2) Commercial
driving privileges means the driving privileges granted by a commercial driver
license or a commercial learner driver permit issued by this state or any other
jurisdiction, either of which authorizes the individual to operate a class of
commercial motor vehicle as permitted by the commercial driver license or
commercial learner driver permit, subject to any endorsements or restrictions. [1989
