Statute Text
Permissive use of private roadway. Nothing in the provisions of the vehicle code described in this section shall prevent the owner of real property used by the public for purposes of vehicular travel by permission of the owner and not as a matter of right from prohibiting such use, or from requiring different or additional conditions than those specified or from otherwise regulating such use as may seem best to such owner. This section applies to the provisions of the vehicle code relating to abandoned vehicles, vehicle equipment, regulation of vehicle size, weight and load, the manner of operation of vehicles and use of roads by persons, animals and vehicles.
