Statute Text
Moneys required by department for initial implementation of registration fees. Moneys required by the Department of Transportation to establish a system for the initial implementation of the collection and distribution of additional registration fees authorized by chapter 864, Oregon Laws 1989, shall be taken from the moneys that would otherwise be distributed to the counties and cities under ORS 366.739. [1989 c.864 §9] Note: See second note under 801.041. Note: Legislative Counsel has substituted “chapter 864, Oregon Laws 1989,” for the words “this Act” in section 9, chapter 864, Oregon Laws 1989, compiled as 801.043. Specific ORS references have not been substituted, pursuant to 173.160. The sections for which substitution otherwise would be made may be determined by referring to the 1989 Comparative Section Table located in Volume 22 of ORS.
