Exemptions from amendments to vehicle code.
This section describes exemptions from specific
changes to the vehicle code. The exemptions allow some practice or right to
continue after the change is made. The exemptions are as follows:
(1) Nothing
contained in ORS 810.150 shall require the redesign, modification or
replacement of street drains installed prior to September 13, 1975.
(2) Sections 2 to
169, chapter 451, Oregon Laws 1975, shall not apply to or govern the
construction of or punishment for any vehicle code offense committed before
June 27, 1975, or the construction and application of any defense to a
prosecution for such an offense and do not impair or render ineffectual any
court or administrative proceedings or procedural matters which occurred before
