Statute Text
Priority
given to administration of laws relating to public assistance and enforcement
of support.
In the
performance of official duties, unless otherwise specifically required by law
and except for criminal and juvenile proceedings, the district attorney shall
give priority to the performance of those duties involving the administration
of the laws relating to public assistance and reciprocal enforcement of
