Statute Text
Fees.
(1) The State Court Administrator
shall establish and collect reasonable fees for applications, examinations,
certifications and renewals of certification authorized by ORS 8.415 to 8.455.
(2) Fees
collected under this section are nonrefundable.
(3) The fees
established under this section may not exceed the cost of administering and
