Statute Text
Trial court administrators and other personnel not to engage in private practice of law. Trial court administrators appointed under ORS 8.195 and other nonjudicial officers and employees of the circuit courts who are appointed under a personnel plan established by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall not engage in the private practice of law.
