Statute Text
Appointment and compensation of employees.
The State Court Administrator, with the approval of
the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, may appoint and shall fix the
compensation of employees to perform or assist in the performance of duties,
powers and functions of the administrator. [Amended by 1971 c.193 §5; 1981 s.s.
c.1 §17]
