Statute Text
Unauthorized boarding of nonpassenger vessel.
No person not acting in an official capacity shall
board or attempt to board any ship or other vessel on the Willamette or
Columbia River, not engaged in the carrying of passengers for hire, without the
consent first obtained of the captain, master or other officer in command
thereof at the time.
