Statute Text
Return
of deposit; disposition of balance.
If judgment is for the defendant, any deposit in lieu of an undertaking shall
be returned to the person making the same; or if a balance remains after
satisfying any judgment in favor of the plaintiff and costs of suit, the
balance shall be so returned.
