Statute Text
Issuance of warrant for seizure of boat or vessel.
Whenever the complaint is filed,
the clerk shall issue a warrant thereon, commanding the sheriff to seize the
boat or vessel mentioned in the complaint, with the tackle, apparel and
furniture of the boat or vessel and retain the same until discharged from such
custody by due course of law.
