Statute Text
Board
of commissioners; general powers.
The power and authority given to the Port of Portland is vested in and shall be
exercised by a board of nine commissioners. The board may exercise such powers,
at regular or special meetings, as is usual and customary with similar bodies. [Amended
by 1971 c.728 §125]
