Statute Text
Issuance of bonds.
Bonds authorized by ORS 778.030 shall be issued as prescribed in ORS chapter
287A. [1977 c.33 §3 (enacted in lieu of 778.035); 1981 c.94 §57; 1997 c.171 §26;
2007 c.783 §229]
